The kit comes with everything you need to complete the basic house shown in the photos along withthefloorboards,skirting & picture rails,fire surrounds,mirrors, internal doors and kitchen flooring (sink not included).

You will need paint, stain, glue, sand and powered polyfilla or equivalent. You will also need wallpaper or paint to finish the interior. All the furniture is available separately.

This is a lovely little kit with good instructions. I have put this kit together and will be adding some of my own pictures very soon.
